The First International Bank and Trust of Bismarck is located at the intersection of State Street and E. Divide Avenue. The six-story office building includes 15,000 square feet of bank space, 10,500 square feet of office spaces on floors two and three, 4,500 square feet of retail space, 5,000 square feet of restaurant space, and 5,000 square feet of additional patio/gallery space.
It is home to a coffee shop, restaurant, and microbrewery. The attached parking garage accommodates 136 vehicles. Landscaping improvements include retaining walls and reflecting pond.
