Our 2026 employee-driven fundraising event raised $39,175 for the National MS Society, which will benefit those who are battling the harsh effects of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). 

For those of you who aren’t familiar with our flagship charitable initiative, now known as Consolidated for a Cause, employees lead a selection process in fall where team members nominate and vote on causes that hold personal significance. This charitable giving initiative has become a characteristic event that unites employees, their families, and our community networks. The connection that stems from this annual event is important to our employees, and how we can be seen as an organization.

In September, team members selected the National MS Society following a powerful nomination from Sarah Crowe, who shared her personal connection to the cause.

“MS has profoundly impacted my family. My mother and aunt both lost their battles with the disease, and I have loved ones still living with it,” shared Crowe. “Supporting the National MS Society means contributing to research programs and resources that bring real hope to families like mine.”

With this year’s introduction of a local student art contest, our annual fundraising event has expanded its reach within the community and surpassed $100,000 of total employee raised donations; a milestone that was hard to imagine with the effort first kicked off in 2022.

We are proud of our employees’ efforts and this year’s event demonstrates how much of a positive impact a smaller firm like ours can make, and we plan to continue our tradition in the coming years.

Here at Consolidated Construction, we recognize that our company is a collection of people who are part of the communities we serve. We dedicate a percentage of our annual profits to charitable causes while also empowering our team members with multiple opportunities to become active stewards in their communities. 

Our employees are trained on how what they do every day (both on and off the job) is a reflection of the company and through hands-on volunteering and fundraising efforts, we bring our values beyond the jobsite and into the neighborhoods we all come from.
