ON TIME OPENINGS. EYE-OPENING SPACES.
Good interior carpentry and finishes push projects “that last mile”, turning the structural bones of a building into an energetic, elegant, and inviting space for everyone who enters. The impressive capabilities of our nationally recognized interior systems division, Vincent Interior Systems, doesn’t stop at trim and flooring; they specialize in fixtures, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, cabinets, granite, bath hardware, and more.
This team expands our range of services and heightens our ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget. With a dedicated team of project managers, estimators, expeditors, and field managers, Consolidated ensures the best continuity, coordination, and quality in the industry when it matters the most: at the finish line.
A unique characteristic of the Cambria Suites guestroom is the architectural room divider separating the work/living area of the room from the sleeping area. It features a sleek black design showcasing sculptures and artwork (see photo). Installing this divider according to Choice Hotels’ specifications was easier said than done, however.
Hotel specs called for “no caulk, no trim” at the ceiling and half-wall joints, and required a clean, straight appearance. In the original design, each and every divider would have had to be fabricated individually, by carpenters in the room, to meet these demands. Our team created a unique solution that saved the project $25,000 in time and labor expenses. We created a divider that could be pre-constructed before being brought on-site using elevator bolts. That allowed the bottom panel of the divider to be raised and lowered upon installation. This unique solution met hotel specifications and protected them from damage, and higher costs.
“Consolidated exceeded our expectations not once, but on two separate occasions, bringing the Cambria Suites and MainStay Suites of Rapid City to successful conclusions with on-time grand openings. I was especially pleased with the quality, fit, and finish of our projects and project management was second to none.”
