Steve has always been driven to see all sides of a project. Over the past 30 years, he has intentionally learned the construction industry from the ground up, serving as a registered architect, senior project manager, field project manager, construction expert, business developer, and leadership executive. This experience gives him the unique ability to see challenges from multiple perspectives, which helps clients find practical and creative solutions.
Steve joined the Consolidated team with a Bachelor of Science degree from Capella University in Business and Project Management, supplemented with an Associates of Applied Science in Architecture from Milwaukee Area Technical College, and has a Project Management Professonal (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute and is a Leadership in Energy & Environment Design (LEED) accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council. He is passionate about developing people, building relationships, and challenges conventional thinking. Throughout his career, he has contributed to landmark projects around the Midwest and has become a trusted advisor to clients and project teams. Whether he’s working with clients, mentoring team members, or helping shape a project’s vision, he remains focused on doing the right thing, building trust, and adding good value wherever he goes.
Outside of work, Steve is a lifelong student of the arts and enjoys everything from drawing, painting, photography, videography, woodworking, DIYing almost anything, and music. He believes creativity and innovation go hand-in-hand and pulls his curiosity and a passion for creating into every project and every relationship.
