New Morning Coffee Roasters partnered with Consolidated Construction to bring their vision of growth to life through a 20,000-square-foot expansion of their Appleton facility. As a mid-size roaster committed to exceptional service, the growing business needed more room to scale production and warehousing operations while maintaining its dedication to customers of all sizes. The expansion included a new flavoring room, two additional loading docks, and modernized employee amenities such as an updated breakroom and outdoor patio. Consolidated served as the design-build partner, also self-performing the concrete, steel, and carpentry work to ensure a seamless delivery from concept to completion.
This expansion not only increased production capabilities but created space to grow the team, adding future capacity for machine operators, roasters, and logistics personnel. With a facility designed for flexibility and efficiency, New Morning is now better positioned to support new distribution partnerships and continue their mission of delivering top-tier coffee with a personal touch. The project reflects a thoughtful investment in sustainable growth while preserving the company’s roots as a service-driven roaster.
