As Consolidated’s Director of the Western Region in the Dakotas, Cassidy’s role is to serve as the client’s representative throughout the design, pre-construction and construction process. She is skilled at handling marketing and communications needs, aiding in facilitating community engagement, and is knowledgeable on the many avenues of funding for public projects. Cassidy has significant experience in serving our clients through both the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) and Design-Build project delivery methods. 

Cassidy grew up in Mobridge, S.D. and has a passion for improving small town communities like the one in which she grew up. She is eager to support communication efforts, as she sees the value in the future growth and development of smaller communities. Cassidy has worked directly with, and on behalf of, many owners and developers to collaboratively help meet their business needs and goals, while also ensuring they receive top customer service throughout the process. 

She is a graduate of the Offutt School of Business at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, and is Consolidated’s key contact for organizations and vertical markets that we serve throughout the Dakotas.
