Wisconsin Institute of Plastic Surgery

Wisconsin Institute of Plastic Surgery

Dr. Tina Sauerhammer, a trailblazing pediatric reconstructive surgeon and one of the few female plastic surgeons in Northeast Wisconsin, envisioned a clinic that reflected her high standards of care. Consolidated Construction partnered with her and the project architect to bring this vision to life, creating a facility that supports advanced surgical procedures while providing a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

The 8,700-square-foot clinic includes three exam rooms, two treatment rooms, a fully equipped operating suite with pre- and post-op recovery, administrative offices, and a grand lobby designed to enhance the patient experience. Consolidated’s self-perform teams managed construction through Wisconsin’s winter, navigating site constraints, and complex MEP systems, to ensure seamless delivery.

More than just a medical office, the facility was designed and built to optimize patient care, operational efficiency, and comfort. Every detail, from the lobby to treatment and surgical areas, reflects Dr. Tina’s commitment to excellence, creating a space where patients feel supported and confident in their care.
