Marcus Koehl serves as Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., where he leads financial strategy and performance, and enterprise risk management. In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth, capital stewardship, and disciplined decision-making across the organization.
Marcus brings nearly two decades of financial leadership experience in supporting construction and construction‑adjacent organizations, including prior experience with a top 20 national accounting and business consulting firm. His background includes advising contractors and project‑driven businesses on financial performance, risk management, and long‑term planning within the construction industry.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Marcus is actively engaged in industry and community leadership. He currently serves on the boards of New North, the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) of Northeastern Wisconsin, and Phoenix Fund.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, who are active in youth sports, and he is an enthusiastic sports fan in his free time.
