Local Construction Company Launches First Annual Student Art Contest to Support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

APPLETON, Wis. – Consolidated Construction Company, Inc. invites high school students across the region to showcase their artistic talent in the company’s first annual Student Art Contest, part of the 2026 Consolidated for a Cause campaign. This year, all funds raised by Consolidated for a Cause will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, with proceeds helping fund research, support services, and advocacy for individuals living with MS.

The contest challenges local students to create original artwork that reflects the themes of hope, resilience, and community. The winning design will serve as the visual identity of the 2026 Consolidated for a Cause campaign, appearing on posters, shirts, social media, and other promotional materials.

“Art has the power to inspire action,” said Michelle Rueckl, VP of Human Resources at Consolidated Construction. “By inviting students to contribute their creativity, this campaign will gain a visual identity that resonates with the community and raises awareness for multiple sclerosis. At the same time, this opportunity gives students real-world experience and recognition for their work.”

Contest Highlights:

  • Open to high school students across the Fox Valley and surrounding areas.
  • Winning design will be featured on all campaign materials and auctioned at 2026 event.
  • Winner will receive a $100 gift card, a custom sweatshirt featuring their design, and recognition at the event and online.
  • Submission deadline is November 14, 2025
  • Students must submit original artwork (digital or physical) along with a brief artist statement and signed release form. Full contest details and entry requirements are available at https://www.consolidated-const.com/portfolio/2026-consolidated-for-a-cause-student-art-contest/
  • The Consolidated for a Cause campaign has raised more than $60,000 in the past two years for nonprofit organizations, and the company hopes for this year’s efforts. With the creativity of local students, it will push that impact even further.
