The North East Wisconsin Construction Alliance (NEWCA) re-appointed Michelle Rueckl as its Board Chair for 2024. Rueckl is Vice President of Human Resources for Consolidated Construction, which has offices in Appleton, WI; Bismarck, ND; Kaukauna, WI; and Rapid City, SD. She was originally appointed to a one-year term as Board Chair of NEWCA in January, 2023.
NEW Construction Alliance is an association of employers in the construction trades collaborating to work with educators, workforce development, economic development, and government to promote careers in the building and construction trades in Northeast Wisconsin.
In her role as board chair, Rueckl leads board meetings, represents NEWCA at quarterly and annual meetings and outside events, and works closely with NEWCA Industry Alliance Director Jason Mathwig to forward the interests of the organization.
“This is an initiative that I am extremely passionate about,” noted Rueckl. “I 100% believe in abundance mentality. We need to attract more individuals not only to construction, but to the NEW North. I believe the power of subcontractors and general contractors working together toward this initiative is powerful. Together, we can build more.”
