Consolidated Construction partnered with Eide Kia to expand and renovate their Mandan Kia dealership. The project delivered 11,000 square feet of new space, including a sleek, naturally lit showroom that showcases Kia’s vehicles against their backdrop of bold environmental branding. The addition also introduced a new delivery bay, expanded service bay and service center, and updated office space, giving staff the tools and space they need to serve customers more efficiently.
Beyond the expansion, 7,700 square feet of existing space was fully renovated to elevate customer experience. The lounge, reception, service reception, and sales areas were redesigned into clean, welcoming, and comfortable spaces that reflect Eide Kia’s commitment to quality and care. The result is a dealership that is not only beautiful and eye-opening for visitors, but also functional and spacious.
