NAI Pfefferle and Consolidated Construction Co. Inc. broke ground today on the SouthPoint industrial speculative building, a light- and heavy industrial use facility in the SouthPointe Enterprise Campus in Sheboygan, WI.
There has been an ongoing need for available industrial buildings to meet the area’s growth in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and other industries, as identified by The New North regional marketing and economic development corporation. To help alleviate this growing need, Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. in coordination with NAI Pfefferle have initiated the development of a new 100,000 sq. ft. project being built strategically located on Horizon Drive in Sheboygan.
Consolidated Construction, NAI Pfefferle, and Sheboygan Southpoint Development, LLC, a group of regional investors, will break ground on the building, which will have potential for a variety of light and heavy industrial uses. Divisible to 30,000 sq ft., the development also allows for future expansion of an additional 100,000 sq ft. for a total of 200,000 sq ft.
