Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., (CCC) a full-service design/build firm, has been recognized with the prestigious Top Performers designation from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Consolidated is one of only five Wisconsin-based contractors to earn the Top Performers designation for 2023.
ABC is a national construction trade organization representing more than 22,000 members across the United States. Their mission is to help member-companies develop people and deliver work safely, ethically, and profitably for the betterment of the communities in which they work.
ABC’s Top Performers recognition goes to contractors whose achievements in safety, quality, diversity, and project excellence set them apart from their peers.
To qualify for national Top Performers consideration, Consolidated Construction achieved two important milestones:
- CCC earned ABC Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) Gold status
- CCC was recognized as an ABC Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC)
In the ABC STEP Safety Management System assessment, firms measure their safety processes and policies on 25 key components designed to implement and enhance safety programs that reduce jobsite incidents. Studies show contractors demonstrating Gold STEP status operate six times safer than the industry average, as measured by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
To qualify as an Accredited Quality Contractor, CCC underwent a rigorous assessment of its performance in five key areas: Quality, Safety, Talent Management, Education & Training, and Community Relations.
