Setting the standard for design-build construction

Need to hit a crucial deadline? Already have a plan but need a builder? Wonder what’s happening during your project? Consolidated’s proven process focuses on speed, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and clear communication.

Our project management specialists fully explain our superior design/build process, general contracting, open-book competitive bidding, and construction management services. We’ve got it down to a science: ask to see an illustration of our LEAN delivery process, with every step detailed along the way. You’ll always know where your project stands when you work with Consolidated.

Our multi-faceted construction capabilities regularly exceed industry standards for production and speed. Whatever your project’s need, our award-winning construction crews self-perform:

Concr_m4v3251ete—One of the largest concrete contractors in Wisconsin, Consolidated’s production capacity is approximately 30,000 square-feet of flat work concrete daily. Quality is kept top-of-mind as we use state-of-the-art laser screed technology, laser levels and grades, and a soft-cut saw system to guarantee concrete flatness.

Precast—Affordable, aesthetic, and quick to install, precast concrete (“tilt-up”) wall panels are the choice of many discriminating building owners. Working on the solid foundation set by our concrete crews, our precast crew can go to work quickly. Unlike set in place concrete, precast can be installed in the worst weather conditions, with panels that fit together in a snap and maintain their good looks for generations.

Steel—Equipment, training, and technology enable our structural steel crews to meet demanding schedules. With an average experience of over 12 years, each member of the crew uses the best materials to create top-quality results.

Carpentry—The results of top-notch finish carpentry are visible every day in your cabinetry, trim, doors, and hardware. Functional or decorative, our carpenters ensure that every last detail is finished to your satisfaction.

Safety is no accident

Equipment—Our in-house maintenance shop ensures our vehicles, tools, and equipment are in superior condition.

Recognition—In addition to safety bonuses and annual safety awards, we involve employees in our safety program design and implementation.

Inspection—Worksites are regularly inspected by trained individuals to ensure compliance with our safety protocol. (Safety + Quality = Production. Ask to see our “SQP” daily safety check!)

Training—Field employees complete computer-based safety learning and attend seminars on Lock Out/Tag Out, hazardous materials, confined spaces, personal protective equipment, and more.

Ask about our proprietary SQP (Safety+Quality=Production) Program that empowers our field employees and involves full-crew, daily safety inspections!
