A highly orchestrated workflow and 7-days-a-week schedule were required to meet the owner’s equipment delivery schedule of this 60,000 square foot paper converting facility. The project was completed in 70 days on a fast-track schedule and Economic Development Associates helped secure public-sector incentives for the project.

When the Cambria Suites – Appleton was originally bid, it was an untested prototype that came in more than $600,000 over the developer’s budget. Airgas North Central has contracted CCC to design/build over 20 retail and operations locations throughout the Midwest. Their first “green” facility is located in Elk Grove Village Illinois.
