Rick Bickert, President Hired as the company's first non-family president in 2002, Rick has led the company to new heights. While at CCC, Rick has developed, implemented and led programs to grow the company's sales, revenue and profit. This includes creating a strategic plan, hiring new employees, evolving the company's structure and systems to accommodate growth as well as integrating the new corporate culture with the existing culture. Prior to joining CCC, Rick served as the Regional Manager/Vice-President at another Wisconsin based commercial general contractor. During his career he has also held positions of Project Manager, Project Engineer and Estimator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has completed many continuing education seminars and trainings throughout his career.
