Mark Schwei, Executive Vice President As the Executive Vice President at Consolidated Construction Company, Mark has been instrumental in building the current Business Development team, which has accounted for a 2.5 times increase in sales in two years. Mark is also a member of the Executive Team focusing on improvement in all areas of company performance. Before joining CCC, as president of a Fox Valley area company, Mark led that company from near Chapter 11 bankruptcy to a top tier performer in Sales, Profits, Employee Satisfaction and Return on Equity to Shareholders. Additionally, he served on 6 different Rep Councils as a business consultant to the BOD of the manufacturers the company represented. A member of Appleton Rotary and TEC 15, Mark was the runner-up Fox Cities Small Business Person of the Year in 1997. He served as President, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of Lake States Tappi from 1987-1993. Mark is also a certified trainer for a variety of Sales and Purchasing techniques and practices and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
