“The company invested in this course so we can better understand the challenges our clients are facing and better help them plan, fund, comply with DHS and BAL regulations, design and build their facilities,” explained Rinn. “Our clients are in the industry to provide seniors with dignity, independence, socialization and safety. Our job is to make this happen in buildings that are beautiful in live in, meet all the codes, and yet are affordable to build and operate.”
Rinn is the Market Leader of Consolidated’s Senior Living Group and has performed dozens of healthcare and assisted living projects throughout the United States over his 25+ year career. He is a member of the WALA membership committee and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin.
