6/2017 Construction Begins on New Watford City Truck Stop and Car Wash
Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm in Bismarck, has begun work on the Corner Post Truck Stop & Car Wash in Watford City.
This convenience store and passenger/commercial truck Mobil refueling station will include a two-bay automatic car wash. The site was undeveloped before work began earlier this month. Crews expect to complete the 8,800 square-foot convenience center, including a commercial kitchen, by January of 2018. Lund Oil Inc. will operate the truck stop and car wash. Corner Post Truck Stop & Car Wash will be located at the northwest corner of Highway 23 E and 6th Avenue NE in Watford City.
Lund Oil Inc. contracted Consolidated Construction architect Wayne Yeager and Paragon Solutions to design and build the project. Bryant Larson is the project manager. Doug Armstrong is the on-site superintendent.
