6/2017 Consolidated Construction Begins New Project in Missouri
Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, announces it has begun construction on a new frozen food processing facility for Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., a leading company in the frozen food industry, in Joplin, Missouri. Work has begun on the $31 million, 135,000-square-foot plant, with completion scheduled for February of 2018.
“We are proud to be a part of this innovative project,” Brian Gebauer, Consolidated Construction project director, said. “The physical expansion of Ajinomoto Windsor will allow the company to extend its presence and serve a larger audience in the frozen foods industry.”
Involved in the construction of the new facility are other subcontractors from Northeast Wisconsin. McMahon Associates, Inc. of Neenah, Tweet/Garot Mechanical and Vos Electric, Inc. of Green Bay, and J.F. Ahern Co. of Fond du Lac will be participating in the construction of the frozen food processing facility.
“We look forward to working with other local firms on the construction of this facility,” Gebauer said. “With a project this size, communication is the key to success, and working with established Wisconsin-based subcontractors helps ensure successful completion of all stages throughout the construction process.”
Consolidated Construction continues to deliver expert design/build services across the Midwest and looks forward to exceeding expectations as a leader in the building and construction management industry.
