6/2016 Consolidated Construction Announces Projects in Bismarck, Beulah

(June 3, 2016) Bismarck, N.D. – Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm in Bismarck, announces a new apartment building project in Beulah and a building renovation in Bismarck.

The New Energy Apartments will be two-stories and a total of 29,000 square feet with 24 units, and will include a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.  There will be a separate 6,500 square foot garage with individual units for residents.  It will be located at 1400 New Energy Drive, west of County Road 21, between 11th Street North and 16th Street North.


Lutheran Social Services Housing contracted Consolidated Construction to design and build the new apartments.  Construction is scheduled to be complete in March, 2017.

Established in 1919, Lutheran Social Services has been providing housing, food, disaster recovery, counseling and therapy for people in need.  They are a non-profit statewide social ministry in North Dakota. (www.lssnd.org)

Werner Electric Supply has chosen Consolidated Construction to renovate an existing warehouse in Bismarck for their new office and distribution activities. The project includes 3,000 square feet of office and sales space and approximately 23,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1322 South 22nd Street.

Werner Electric Supply serves the Upper Midwest from 12 locations, providing automation, electrical, and data communications products to a wide range of industrial, commercial and construction customers. This is their first North Dakota location. (www.wernerelectric.com)
