5/2016 New Six-story First International Bank & Trust
Consolidated Construction recently broke ground on a new six-story First International Bank & Trust in Bismarck. Staff from Consolidated attended the ceremony along with Gov. Jack Dalrymple, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem and many others.
This will be the largest First International Bank & Trust facility. The first three stories will house the full-service bank. There will be a steakhouse or brew house on the main floor and the rooftop patio will be for events.
The building will open in fall 2017 and will be located across from the North Dakota Heritage Center near the intersection of State Street and Divide Avenue.
Adam Heindel is the architect and Curt Janssen is the project manager. The onsite superintendent is John Brashears.
First International Bank & Trust started 106 years ago and is headquartered in Watford City, ND.
