A new community of stylish upscale apartments, offering amenities not generally found in the area, is soon to take shape in the desirable, south Mt. Rushmore Rd. corridor of Rapid City, South Dakota near Moon Meadows Drive and Highway 16. The location is in close proximity to great schools and an increasing number of large employers. The project owner, Meadows Lifestyle Living, LLC, has contracted with Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build firm, to build the upscale complex. Community leaders are expected to attend in support of the project.

The 8.82 acre complex is certified as a “Green” project and is Energy Star compliant. The eight buildings of 20 apartments each, feature one, two and three-bedroom floorplans with attached garages and are built with a focus on minimizing sound transfer between units. Amenities include trash valet, 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, Energy Star appliances, large balconies and more. This community includes a common courtyard with fire pit, BBQ facilities, playground, dog park and bicycle storage. The club house features a large meeting lounge, outdoor pool, hot tub and a 24 hour fitness center.

Meadows Lifestyle Living, LLC, is owned and developed by Kent, Brian and Rex Hagg of Rapid City, in addition to a growing number of investors. V Property Management Co. will provide professional management of operations.
