11/2017 Consolidated Construction Breaks Ground on New Retail Center
Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wis., began construction on a new multi-tenant retail center in Stevens Point, Wis., located at 5243 U.S. Highway 10.
FORE Development + Investments of Appleton, Wis. owns the retail center, which is designed to hold up to five tenants. The new 22,000-square-foot building is currently slated to house Harbor Freight, TEAM Wireless – Verizon Authorized Retailer and Great Clips, while the two remaining spaces are available.
Consolidated Construction crews broke ground in Stevens Point last month and expect to complete the project in February 2018.
“Both the building owners and the city of Stevens Point have been great partners on the project,” said Rick Davenport, Consolidated Construction project manager. “Developments like these provide residents with additional retail options and enhance the quality of the city. It is exciting to see the project come together and progress so quickly.”
Barry Thorson and Ken Koziczkowski of Consolidated Construction are the project superintendent and architect, respectively.
