02/2018: New Luxury Residential Complex to Break Ground in Rapid City’s Scenic South Highway 16

Apartments will offer some of the Black Hills most stunning vistas and amenities and a convenient, yet secluded, location.

Rapid City, S.D. – A new community of stylish upscale apartments, offering amenities not generally found in the area, is soon to take shape on the desirable western south corridor of Rapid City near Moon Meadows Drive and Highway 16 in close proximity to schools and an increasing number of large employers. The project owner, Meadows Lifestyle Living, LLC, has authorized Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build firm, to break ground in just a few weeks. The eight 20-unit apartment buildings feature one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury units with attached individual garages. The 8.82 acre community is designed to integrate the colors and feel of the Black Hills, and includes a common courtyard with community clubhouse, bicycle storage, BBQ facilities, playground, dog park, pool and spa.


Meadows Lifestyle Living, LLC, is owned and developed by Kent, Brian and Rex Hagg of Rapid City, in addition to a growing number of investors.
