02/2012: Consolidated Nails Two State Awards
Two of Consolidated Construction’s 2011 projects were awarded Projects of Distinction highest honors by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin.
In a ceremony held February 8th in Wisconsin Dells, Associated Builders and Contractors presented awards for the following projects (listed with category):
- Weldall Manufacturing, Waukesha (Gold Award, Industrial Building Over $3 Million);
- Gold’s Gym at the City Center, Milwaukee (Gold Award, Restoration/ Renovation).
Nominations were evaluated rigorously by an independent board of examiners in the areas of design, value, safety, engineering, quality, schedule, overcoming obstacles, and customer satisfaction. Winners will move on to the national Associated Builders and Contractors competition, with results announced later this month.
Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association representing more than 24,000 construction and construction-related firms in 78 chapters across the United States. ABC’s membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.
