01/2011: Welcome Architect Rich Luce; Congrats Paul Ver Voort, Project Manager

Appleton, WI (January 24, 2011) – Illustrating the growth of the company in both its architectural and project management activities, Consolidated Construction Company announces recent staff additions.

Rich Luce, AIA, LEED® AP, CSI, CCA has been added to the company’s architectural staff. Luce has been a registered architect since 1990, designing and managing commercial projects with the Milwaukee firms Eppstein Uhen Architects and Plunkett Raysich Architects, among others. He is the Milwaukee chapter certification chair of the Construction Specifications Institute and Regional Architectural Advisor for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Luce will design and manage projects located throughout
Wisconsin and the upper Midwest.

Paul Ver Voort has been promoted to Project Manager within the company. Ver Voort has been with Consolidated Construction since 2005 in the role of site superintendent, and has managed the daily activities of such regional projects as the Aloft Hotel in Ashwaubenon, and the Cambria Suites in Appleton, a project honored by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin as a Project of Distinction. He is a graduate of UW-Stout in Construction.
