Jim Perras, CCM, CDT, Project Director/Secretary Jim's career history includes roles in Project Management, Vice President of Pre-Construction Services and Vice President of Operations, and he has been responsible for the successful delivery of over $500 million of projects in 8 states throughout his 20-year career. Additionally, he holds the designation of Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), which holds him to the highest standard of professional development and ethical behavior in the construction industry. Jim has also been active in several non-profit organizations, including the American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging (AAHSA), CMAA, the Design/Build Institute of America, Leadership Fox Cities, Neenah Hoops Club, and Suburban Athletics. He is a past Program Committee Chair and Board member of the Minnesota Construction Management Association, as well as a past Board member of the Financial Information and Services Center, Inc.
