Solid Foundation
Consolidated Construction Company (CCC) is a construction firm specializing in design-build construction, general contracting and construction, management for manufacturing, retail, commercial and industrial clients. We have been in business for more than 55 years and self perform steel, carpentry and concrete for our projects. We also have built a service and repair division which performs projects up to $100,000 in value. CCC's current projects range from interior build-outs to multi-million dollar industrial, healthcare, hospitality, retail and commercial facilities.

Founded in North Dakota in 1950 by brothers Melvin and Alvyn Novotny, CCC and the Novotny families moved to Appleton, Wisconsin in 1964. In Appleton, they continued to focus on metal buildings for the agricultural, industrial and commercial markets. As the years passed, the company's sales grew and their project base diversified. In 1984 a second-generation management team took over daily operations.

In 2002, the owners understood there would not be a third generation succession for the company and began looking to the future. Fifteen key employees acquired minority ownership in the company and CCC hired its first non-family president to lead the company and assemble a management team to purchase the company. In August 2006, the new ownership team of President Rick Bickert, Executive Vice President Mark Schwei, Project Director/Secretary Jim Perras and Project Director/Treasurer Pam Talavera purchased the company from the Novotny family. Under this new leadership team, the company has experienced significant growth in the last 5 years.
